    • Responsible for performing quality control inspections and audits across fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and composite operations. This includes dimensional conformity, laminate construction, material specification verification, visual non-destructive testing (NDT), process compliance, and receiving inspections.This role ensures all fabricated and restored fiberglass components meet company and customer standards through detailed inspections, accurate reporting, and collaboration with production and leadership teams.     • We are seeking a skilled Chop Gun Operator / Fiberglass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fiberglass repair, fabrication, and spray-up applications using a chop gun. This role supports a wide range of projects, including automotive, marine, and theme park projects (including new construction and fabrication), and requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
